Japhet Asher is the director/owner of Polarity Reversal Ltd, a content creation and consulting company, and co-founder of tech start-up Metatexter Ltd, currently inventing new ways to link physical books and digital tools.
He is an Executive Producer, creative leader and collaborative storyteller with 40 years’ experience as an innovator of formats, products, and narrative experiences across genres and platforms. He is an Oscar nominated documentary maker, a creator of Emmy winning animation, developed and led digital platforms for BBC Children’s, and is author of the world’s first AR powered novel “The Ghostkeeper’s Journal”, a Futurebook Book of the Year winner.
He is a passionate advocate for content that challenges, informs, and entertains, connecting memorable characters and experiences to their audiences, most notably children and young adults.
