KATHRYN PARKES

Kathryn is a Lead User Research and User Experience Design professional. She has been designing, developing and delivering user-centred interactive digital experiences for over 27 years and currently leads both qualitative and quantitative user research at Cisco Webex. 

 

Kathryn has deep experience right across the product development process and has worked in-house, agency side and as an independent consultant. She has managed her own technology management consultancy business, working with a range of companies from startups to large multinationals.
